Q: Can I order a photo from the Gallery or that I saw on Facebook/Instagram that is not listed in the Store?
A: Absolutely! Please reach out to me via email at marina@photobythebay.com, and I’ll gladly accommodate almost any custom order, including wall collages of multiple images.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Each item is custom printed just for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Q: Will my final print have the photo logo on it?
A: Yes, but it will be smaller. The large photo logo is solely to protect the images online. Your final print will feature a small photo logo in one corner and will be hand-signed by me on the back.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon. Please stay tuned for updates.

Q: Can I return the print if I don’t like it?
A: Unfortunately, prints are not returnable once shipped. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
